POLICIES

*PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR MY POLICIES IN REGARDS TO BRIDAL SERVICES AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE POLICIES STATED BELOW*

GENERAL

One on one bookings will take place at my in-home studio located in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Please do not bring a guest unless you have spoken to me about it prior to your booking.

To book your service, please fill out my inquiry form located in the "CONTACT" section of my website. Please specify whether your booking is Bridal, Special Event, or a One on One class.

I do not take inquiries through any other method such as Facebook or Instagram direct messaging, due to the possibility of it being hidden.

TRAVEL

I do not travel for parties less than 3. Please be mindful in booking that if you do not meet my minimum for travel your service will be done at my location.

For parties of 3 or more that request I travel to them, a travel fee of $40.00 for the first 20 miles and $2.00 per mile after will be added to the final cost of services (calculated from Foxborough, MA).

CONTRACTS

PDF contracts are required for parties of 3 or more. 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

A 20% deposit is required along with proof of ID in order to secure your booking for special events. 

A 30% deposit is required along with proof of ID and signed contract in order to secure your date for Bridal bookings.

When a deposit is made please know that it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or person. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to complete the appointment.

The remainder of payment for special event bookings are due before 8:00 am the day of scheduled service.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be put to another booking for the future. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to complete the appointment.

Cancellations 48 hours or less prior to scheduled booking will owe 50% of the total amount due.

Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to scheduled booking will owe 100% of the total amount due.

EARLY START TIME / LATE APPOINTMENTS

Any service in need of an early start time (any time before 8:00 am) will have a $50.00 fee added to their total cost of service.

When booking your appointment please be mindful of the time you are booking for. I do understand life can be crazy and unpredictable so if you are for any reason running late, all I ask is that you kindly let me know. If you are 20 or more minutes late, an additional $20 late fee will be added and appointment may be cancelled at the artist's discretion. 

PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

Please be prepared for your appointment upon arrival. Come with your face clean of ANY makeup. Wear a LOW cut or strapless shirt underneath your clothes.

I am not liable for any clothing stained by makeup.

If you have ANY allergies (food, animal, etc) or preferences you must disclose them prior to booking your appointment. If you do not state your allergies before our appointment I will not service you as I won't have time to check ingredients or patch test you.
